Rules

  1. The Contest Are For Online Submission Only And The Contestant Should Submit Their Photos At deepbodo5@gmail.com. Before 10 A.M On  3rdth  Nov 2022.
  2. Submissions Will Not Be Accepted Once The Deadline Lapses.
  3. Submitted Photos Must Be Original, Created And Taken Only By The Contestant.
  4. Submitted Photos Must Not Be Less Than 2MB.
  5. The Contestants Are Required To Provide The Title & Description For Each Image Submitted Along With The Theme They Choosed.
  6. Basic Editing, Including Colour Enhancement, The Use Of Filters, And Cropping Of The Photo(S) Is Acceptable.
  7. Advanced Editing Used To Create Illusions, Deceptions And/Or Manipulations, And The Adding And Removing Of Significant Elements Within The Frame Is Prohibited.
  8. The Decision Of The Judging Panel Will Be Final.
  9. The Results And The Winners Will Be Announced On Our Instagram Page On Day 3.

Payment Instruction

  1.  In The Registration Form, Participants Should Select The Events In Which They Desire To Participate.
  2. Sum Up The Total Registration Fee Of All The Events Participants Have Selected And Proceed With The Payment.
  3. Capturing the screenshot of the payment or downloading it is a must. Upload the screenshot or downloaded receipt to the registration form.
  4. Unless the proper receipt is submitted the registration is incomplete. Make sure you properly upload the receipt.
  5. Once payment is done, money won’t be refunded unless that particular event have been cancelled by the committee .
