BLIND CODING

Blind coding is where a programmer works on code without running and looking at it until completion. Normally this is a terrible idea but it makes for a very fun challenge.

Rules

  1. Round 1 : Fast Track Round
    1. Each participant have to solve the given questions,
    with the Computer System being turned off on the
    supplied paper sheet.
    2. Each contestant would be given a set of question
    containing 30 questions related to coding (4 for
    each correct and -2 for each wrong answer).
    3. Total Time limit- 15 minutes.
    4. Only top 10 will be selected for the final round.
    5. In case of a tie between 2 or more teams.Further 5
    questions will be asked for the final selection.
    6. The selected contestants shall have to head
    straight to the IT Lab for the Final round of Blind Coding.
  2. Round 2: Blind Coding Round (Final) 1. Each participant have to solve/write the given code for the given questions only in text document (usingword pad)
    2. Each contestant would be given a set of 2 question
    with options related to coding
    3. Total Time limit- 1 hour.
    4. Participants whose code gets executed will be
    given higher preference.
    5. The second preference will be given to code with
    least number of errors.
    6. In case of a tie between 2 or more
    contestants,Further question(s) will be assigned for
    the final 

Payment Instruction

  1.  In The Registration Form, Participants Should Select The Events In Which They Desire To Participate.
  2. Sum Up The Total Registration Fee Of All The Events Participants Have Selected And Proceed With The Payment.
  3. Capturing the screenshot of the payment or downloading it is a must. Upload the screenshot or downloaded receipt to the registration form.
  4. Unless the proper receipt is submitted the registration is incomplete. Make sure you properly upload the receipt.
  5. Once payment is done, money won’t be refunded unless that particular event have been cancelled by the committee.
